Dear Folks: at this writing we’ve still got a foot of snow on the
valley floor in western Montana, and have survived a week of severe
sub-zero temperatures. We are grateful for our stockpile of split
firewood that is keeping us toasty. Others in the northwest and
elsewhere are not so fortunate; some are having to choose between food
and heat, or heat and healthcare. In spite of recent ‘upswings’ in
the economy, most working Americans are finding times are tough and good
job opportunities scarce. Even so, thanks to you, we had a pretty darn
good year in 2003, and we look forward to helping even more folks in
2004 to achieve their goals of utilizing clean, benevolent energy and
lowering their utility bills!
